    On 8/23/2023 I went in for my anatomy scan but for whatever reason, they were unable to get all the measurements that they needed, so they advised that I would have to reschedule and have it done again. When I was scheduling the next appointment I asked the scheduler if I would be charged again for a repeat scan and she said that she didn't know and went to get her supervisor, who said that they cannot charge you twice for the same procedure.

    On 9/20/2023 I was charged again for another anatomy scan ultrasound (after being told that I wouldn't be). I contacted their billing department 3 times and spoke to the same person who said they forwarded the information to their supervisor and have not been contacted back. Today (11/15/2023) I brought it up again and their office manager, Laura, said that "no one here would say that you wouldn't be double charged" - which is just not true.

    If I knew I would've been charged again, I would've asked to stay and allow them to try and get the final measurements they needed the first time. To me this seems completely unethical- it's not a cheap procedure and they not only didn't warn me about the additional cost, but said the exact opposite, that I wouldn't be charged for coming back to do it a second time.
