      Purchased 2 family meals and side of meatballs for pick up on 8/21 for my son’s birthday party. Live 30 minutes away. Got home see all started eating, chicken tasted funny. Found it was severely undercooked and very pink/purple. Sent message through contact us on website that night, sent a follow up ******** message that night with photos. No response. Sent a follow up through website. No response. Sent a follow up ******** and Instagram. No response. Called last Tuesday. Spoke to Kayla/katie got all my info. ******** message was read at that point. Promised call back the next morning as she was in at 11:30. No follow up. Left voicemail Friday. Spoke to another manager Saturday. Advised Kayla would be in and they would get my refund situated and call me that night. No response. Left voicemail yesterday. Rude person Justin starts by telling me they can’t find any proof of my contacts and asked me to start again. It’s been 3 weeks, I’ve contacted 8 times multiple ways. And he tells me he can’t help me if I want to be defensive. I just want my refund since half of my family had to go hungry and my 8 year old couldn’t eat his favorite meal for his birthday.
