    Charles Tibbitts did all of our stamped concrete, patio, concrete around the pool, front porch and walkway. We paid at least $50,00.00 10 yrs ago. So 3 yrs.ago we contacted him for resealing and he did it but he was in and out, it looked good for two weeks, and he didn't charge us, geez I wonder why. Called him 2 yrs. ago because it looked so bad and he said we're on his list, he never showed last year. So my husband contacts him again the beginning of this year and was told I'll be up you're on the list. Well last week I contacted him to to see when he he might be up and he said find someone else, then he unfriends me and my husband on FB. We paid him a lot of money and for this to happen is just really really bad business. He could have told us a year ago to find someone else. He's very expensive, really has no customer service skills and he can be very rude. Just beware. Shop around.
