    PURCHASE VEHICLE AND 2 WEEKS LATER GOING OVER PAPERWORK REALIZED DEALER CHARGE ME $4000.00 OVER STICKER WITHOUT ME KNOWING. CALL MANAGER AND WENT DOWN TO DEALERSHIP AND WAS TOLD NOTHING CAN BE DONE

    Dear Better Business Bureau,

     

    Thank you for giving me the opportunity to address Mr. ********* concern with his vehicle purchase.  Mr. ******* purchased a vehicle with very limited availability.  From what was contained in the review, we believe his use of the term 'sticker price' is meant as the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).  MSRP does not factor in availability or market conditions, which may lead to an increase in sale price. 

     

    All sale and registration paperwork was provided to Mr. ******* at time of delivery for him to acknowledge by signing, which he did.  

     

    Mr. ******* purchased a great Volkswagen vehicle.  We wish him the absolute best with it.
