    I ordered online and paid in full on September 13th for a gas tank. My credit card was charged at the time.I then receive a message the same day that the gas tank won't be available until mid-November.I never receive another email message/update on their messaging protal even though I reach out two times in November to check on status.I sent an email this morning (Dec. 13th) asking for the status and I get a response email saying that they rely on the manufacture to fulfill orders and it won't be available until March. They then cancel my order. I still haven't received a refund.I believe it is wrong to charge for an item that is not in stock and being fulfilled by the manufacturer without giving these details on the ordering page/website, and not giving true eta updates. This is payment without service, also known as fraud.
