    To Whom It May ******** Ive been a customer of ********************** for over a year. I recently placed an order and never received my product but was charged. I filled out the contact form on the Truth Nutrition website 4 times about my missing product with no reply. Not even an automated reply that someone will respond. Nothing, zero response. I also sent 4 emails with the contact us email thats listed on the Truth Nutrition website. Again, not 1 reply. I tried logging in to my account with the email address that I received my order confirmation on. When I was asked to reset my password I was prompted that there is no account associated with this email address. I then received an email that my auto subscription was to renew and the only way to cancel my subscription is to manage your subscription in your account. Again, I cant get into my account because there is no account associated with my email but Im still being charged for a subscription renewal. Im also still receiving emails to the email address that is supposedly not associated with an account. I am beyond frustrated! There is no phone number associated with this company which blows my mind! Do I have to cancel my credit card or block Truth Nutrition from debiting my account to resolve this? Im now reporting Truth Nutrition to the Better Business Bureau as the only option left to protect other consumers from being taken advantage of.Thank You, *************************

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Truth Nutrition regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I have asked them to cancel my auto ship and future scheduled orders but they cannot confirm that this has happened. I was told they are still working through it with their Shop App.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Truth Nutrition regarding complaint ID ********, my complaint has been resolved because:

    I was able to trouble shoot the issue on my own and final cancelled my future auto ship orders.
