    The *** goes on Instagram to spread hatred and propaganda during the midst of a genocide. He is a proud islamophobe and defends an apartheid state that actively prosecutes children in a military court, as well as many other horrific atrocities.

    What to expect:*download an app to your phone to make work-phone calls and text. This shouldn't be the case because it provides misinterpretations.*Micromanagement.*Underpaid staff and understaffed.*Software data is outdated so it makes it difficult for the coordinator to find someone to cover assignments.*Software used is horrible.*Employees shouldnt have to use their phones for work. Don't be cheap and provide phones.*Unfair labor practices.*HR and Management have unreasonable expectations.*Gossiping.*Dogs soiled the carpet and I stepped on it and no apology was given. Dogs needs to be trained or the carpet needs to be removed.I don't think this agency is going to last long with the HR director so inexperienced and a ridiculously close minded Manager. Plus the gossip and culture of lying hypocrisy.*BK Schedule Coordinator (******) enjoys tattletaling and distorting facts to get attention and favoritism. Maybe she has the hope they will promote her if she gossips and spies on people.*Employees should have metro fare reimbursement.*Employees shouldnt be questioned why and what they were talking about on personal time outside the office on their personal phone. *To avoid any conflict like I had, Eldercare should provide work cellphones. One talk phone app has very bad service. *Agency should provide an office to each scheduler since most of the time they are talking over the phone and it gets loud.*No one dares to provide this suggestions for fear of repercussions. *A suggestion box could be a solution for improvements.
