      On April 2nd 2021 I bought a Simplicity riding lawn tractor from White’s farm supply in schaghticoke for $6,400 and some change. The day I picked it up there was a chain going to the deck not connected. Someone came out and fixed it. When I got home and went to take the machine off of the trailer the throttle control popped out of the dash. They were supposed to have checked the machine over before I took it. A month later the hydraulic system had water in it. I took it to them, they repaired it. A short time later they sent me a bill for over $600. I called and told them it was warranty. It came with a factory warranty. This season I used the machine a few times and it began to run terrible. I spoke with a tech there, I was told to run a specific carb cleaner through it. I did, seemed good for a bit then began running bad again. Tried the cleaner again. It did not work. Later it would not start at all. After some time passed it did start but ran horrible. Ran it out of fuel and refilled. Was hard to start then still ran horrible. There are other issues like the parking brake stopped latching, hydraulic lines that were rubbing through one on the cooling fan that became worn down also. I took the machine to them for repairs. Service manager says he can’t see the worn hydraulic lines or the worn fan, which is ridiculous. The biggest thing is the fuel system. They claim the issue was insects in the carburetor. I asked how that could be possible with the fuel filter in line. He accuses me of putting in bad gas. I told him I never put bad gas in it. All of my other gas equipment runs on the same gas from the same station. None have that issue. I have had several mowers over time and never had that issue. They have had the machine for almost a month. The service manager hasn’t called me in over two weeks. NONE of these issues are caused by me. ALL should be warranty. I told him the warranty or the company should pay not me, or refund me most of my money. I’m out of space
