    I used Kevin to file my taxes in 2021 and 2022. I paid him $150+ and also paid for what I owed in taxes as well. I received a letter recently stating my taxes in 2021 were never filed. I went into the IRS website and see that they do not have anything for my taxes in 2022 either. I am unable to get Kevin to respond back to any communication.

    March 2022, Dropped off my 2021 tax information to. Kevin(handed them to him) still waiting for Business to send me my tax return. Have gone to the office ( locked door), left a note thru mail slot into office, call multiple times on both business and cell phone— left multiple messages for call back! Never received ANY calls!! Worried about tax issues!! Noticed that there were multiple messages from other customers on Business”s door! Can not contact IRS as I need my tax amount to contact IRS. Need information on this situation
