    This garage charged me $1453.89 to fix my back brakes and rotors $21 for a ny inspection and $119.95 for an oil change I own a 2012 **** ***** ******** it had lock lugnuts on it this guy couldn’t find the key persay it was in my truck in the middle glove compartment but they said it wasn’t I know it was it has never been moved since I bought the truck last March he called and said he had to replace rear parking brake they broke off All 20 lugnuts off my truck and replaced them with standard lugnuts [email protected] and [email protected] I checked the molar store he over charged me for all 20 they are $13 at the ***** store so I pick up my truck the whole truck is shaking the parking brake isn’t working either I drove on the highway the steering wheel was shaking so bad I thought the tires were gonna fall off I take it back to him he said he adjusted the parking brake I took it back again about the shaking in the steering wheels and tires he tells me my front rotor is bent my truck drove so smooth you never felt a bump the steering wheel never shook even before I brought it there they were the ones who broke those lugnuts off all of my tires they bent my rotor trying to get me to spend more money I’m aBlack disabled Woman and he exstorted me for my money then refused to correct their mistake I want my truck fixed right or them to pay for my front rotor that they bent removing those locked nuts I had on there dates of service 3/27-3/28 and 3/30

    We contacted  Liz and had her come in. We replaced her front brake rotors at no charge [ even though we did not cause the shake].  Normally we would charge 360.00$ for this. We charged her 68.00$ for the oil change not 119.00$ she claimed.  We also bought and replaced a broken and rusted parking brake connector @ no charge  when she said it wasn't working.   I believe I have been more than fair to her .
