    I had my brakes and rotors serviced here three times and it still ain’t fixed brake pedal is hitting the floor horrible place stay away!!dangerous almost hit a car because they were not serviced right !They also did not give/put on the caps to my wheel on right and left of my ******* !!!

    BBB spoke with the business and the following was relayed: This customer brought his car here through a warranty company.  We did his brakes for him.  A month later he came back about brakes.  We checked it out and replaced the brake pads and routers again--through the warranty company again.  We also did some extra stuff that we didn't charge for like tie rod but anyways, after the 2nd brake job he came in a 3rd time a month after the 2nd time.  We looked at his car and realized that the brakes were smoothed out.  We couldn't figure out what was going on.  Well, we find out from his wife that the customer's been racing the car around and driving it like a racecar.  That's why the brakes and routers were getting smoothed out so fast.  So, we offered to install a better, higher quality set of brake pads.  He went online and priced these better, higher quality parts out and it seemed like everything was going fine.  Then the next thing we know, he came in flipping out.  I don't know what else we can do for him.  He bought the car through ******* and his warranty company is ****** ****.  ****** **** has already paid to replace the brakes twice now but if he is driving it like he is, then he will need better, higher quality parts that cost more and are not covered by the warranty company.  The warranty company is not going to pay to replace his brakes every month.  We are still willing to work with this customer on pricing for the better, higher quality brakes if he is still interested.  Thank you.

    I dropped off my vehicle for repair through ****************** on February 11th. In the two weeks they have had my vehicle i was never once contacted by them. In that time they never reported back to ********** and the claim was closed. They did however manage to put 200 miles on my van. As well as smoked **** in it. I have a nonsmoking household. The van has ashes in it now and smells like ****. They never made any repairs in the time they have had it either.

    BBB spoke to Paul at the business and the following was relayed: Customer brought in the vehicle. We did a diagnosis and could not find anything wrong with it. We record the mileage during vehicle intake. Our records show that the vehicle was not driven 200 miles as alleged. The only time the vehicle was driven was during diagnosis. We also offered to take a drive with the customer so that maybe he could point out something that we couldn't find wrong with the car but the customer declined. The warranty company that the customer was using, ****** ****, is a company that we do business with all the time, for years now. If we did find something wrong with the, we would be happy to fix it for him.

    had my car towed to auto repair shop was told they can take in not busy, can fix either same day or sat pending on issue -car would not start not getting gas to engine -then told mon too busy, parts was ordered fuel pump struts shock and springs , told them no that's not why car was brought in just fix issue paid in advance was told can pickup wed car was in garage after hours -then Thursday shop closed completely was told Friday afternoon then told need additional part not stating picked up went home got stuck same issue no gas to engine made it back now 3rd bill mounting up to $2,932.89 i have all my invoices on the way to work broke down -no gas getting to engine , i notified owner i broke down very upset had it towed to a certified mechanic shop to find out it was corrosion and lose fuse box effecting loss of power to fuel pump $309.00 fix did not need all these parts was electrical issue ,a proper diagnostic of vehicle instead of swapping parts would have same me lots of money and time wasted

    BBB spoke with a rep at the business who indicated that the consumer had filed in court and has a court date of December 12. The business cannot respond to your complaint since it is being handled through a higher venue.
