       I brought my 2 wool carpets to be cleaned to Carbone's Carpet to be cleaned. The gave me a receipt on 6/26/23, receipt#****. It's well over 2 months and I haven't heard anything from them regarding my rugs. Within the 2 months I have been trying to reach them without success. Their voice mail is always full. On 8-15-23 I sent a certified mail, return receipt requested informing them that I want my 2 rugs returned to me immediately. I have not received my return receipt cards back yet. On 8/28/23 at 12:45pm I tried calling Carbone's Carpets once again and the message stated the number you dialed is not in service. I'm not sure what happened to this business! however, I am very concerned and want my carpets returned to me immediately. This is their telephone number: *************
