    A casino worker neglected to return my drivers license to me at the promotions booth. When I called the casino , I was treated horrifically. They told me I would have to drive - 4 hours in each direction to get my drivers license back. They refused to mail it to me ( using the address on the drivers license. ) I leave in a few days on a business trip - and I now do not have a legal ID to get on the airplane or to rent a car. All I want is for them to mail my license back to me . Ive already lost 4 days. State of CT DMV cannot get me a new license for a few weeks.. I will also be contacting the local police department. This was the fault of the casino worker and not on me. please call me at I do have a picture of my license I can forward to you, as proof of who I am..

    Yes i received it. But it was rediculous for me to have to get the police involved... the original supervisor should not be in his position treating guests like this. We will NOT be back.. if a member of the team at Rivers is interested in hearing the phone calls please contact me. .i recorded them. Maybe i should post them online..
