    I originally hired this company back on September 2021 to correct my metal roof originally done but another incompetent contractor. It seemed to be fine but in February of 2023 part of the peak on my roof does not look secured down. I even have neighbors who pointed it out to me.
    I then contacted this company with a few pictures of it. ***** ******* the owner/manager of the company kept telling me when the weather got better he would be by. I understood, however as the weather improved and i would text ad call I was continually given empty promises and now he avoids my calls and texts completely ignoring me altogether. My last contact with him I told him that I would be reporting him to the BBB. I simply want my roof to be secured as the entire ordeal of getting a new roof was very costly and had me under great duress. He is not backing his work, he is responsible to make sure it is done correctly and to my complete satisfaction.

     The name of the business that you have is the same as my complaint, however, the phone number is not what I have on the business proposal with the work quote.  The business address that I used is his personal home off his DL.  I could not find any other business address. You can proceed with yours however, I do know that the phone number i provided will reach him. He is just ignoring me now, trying to make me go away.  I don't have the money for an attorney.  This is not the first contractor I have come to you with. The ls last one lied to you as well.    I am simply asing the roofer to come and do a correction which won't even take long.  He no longer cares.
