    I gave Rick Deloreto $3000 cash down payment for a roof on my house and this was 11/29/23 and have no roof but all kinds of excuses why he doesnt show up when he says he will be there to do the job...still no start on the roof in almost a year.
    This is my receipt of payment. Rick owes me $3000 or work paid for.
