      On 3/20/23 I engaged in an online Infection Control course from this business. This is a required course to renew my NYS RN license. After reviewing the course materials I took the required exam, the information provided on the site states that after securing $30.00 payment the test would be scored and if passed l would be issued a certificate. My credit card was charged, l received a receipt ( ** ***) via text, but l never received my score, passed/failed, or the certificate. To date l have e-mailed via the address provided on site, sent text to the number that provided receipt and called the phone number associated with this business, the recording identifies as Access and says to leave a message with specific information, which I did on 3/23, and 3/24, on 3/26 and 3/28 l called to find the voicemail was full so l could not leave a message, l called again on 4/2 and was able to leave a message. From all of these attempts l have not received any contact from this business. When l access my records it shows "course incomplete", l can review course materials and take exam again but to get test score and certificate l would have to pay again. Please direct me to help resolve this issue. ***** ********
