    I had taken my Google Pixel to this repair store on 3/6/25 at 11am. The guy behind the counter said they don't have those screens and will need to order, it should arrive on Tuesday 3/11/25 and be fixed then. He said total cost would be $180 and asked if I wanted to put a deposit down. I declined and said I'll pay full once everything is completed. He gave me a printed receipt and said he will call me once it's fixed. I didn't hear anything back on Tuesday. I stopped by the store on Wed morning around 11am and the store was locked. I had called and left a VM. Didn't hear back. I stopped by again today at 1030am and again store is locked. I called and left a VM. I filled out their questionnaire on the website to call me. I'm getting nervous of the unresponsiveness and I need my phone for work. At this point I just want it back whether it's fixed or not. Plus this shop needs to be honest about their working hours.

    Our store is a small business which is only ran by 2 people. We were closed for a week and a half due to a family emergency which required us to travel. The day we opened back up we repaired this customers phone and called the contact number she left for the device but never got an answer or a call back. We also called a few other times after and never got threw with anyone, but we still have the device at the store she’s welcome to pick it up anytime.

    I have read the latest response from the store and have tried multiple times again to pick up my phone to which the store is closed/locked even tho their hrs state 8am-9pm. Its pretty ridiculous how much effort is needed to get a phone back. At this point I had to buy a new phone for work. This case complaint ID ******** can be closed.
