    We have used this company for the past 13 years. Over the years they had decent staff that did an adequate job. However, the past few years have been a complete nightmare. Their technicians have broken things that they needed to come back and fix or forgotten to bring something that they needed with them. Also atleast 5 times, this company did not show up when they were scheduled, forcing me or my wife to have to take additional days off to allow them access to our house. We finally broke ties with them. Do not waste your time with this company! The owner, Ken, agrued with me about returning the funds for my service contract that was breached multiple times by them not showing up. He took the stance that 'things happen'. Once I threatened legal action, he sent my $ back. This is completely unacceptable!
