            Thhis company left job unfinished. Cheapiest materials and the worst job you ever seen. Nothing is straight, plugs don't work left socets open. There were big hole in the washroom nothing was done right, No INSTALATION  IN THE WALLS. And the floors were not done right you feel like you are walking on wet mud.

    The quality of work was done to the best of our abilities. The customer continued to purchase items that were not part of the contract and keep subtracting from the balance. They continue to ask for favors of wanting me to complete work that was not part of the contract. I fulfilled all of their needs and did everything they asked me to. Customers were constantly threatening and constantly degrading me. Customer refused to pay last payment unless I would do things that were not part of the contract. These customers were strictly bullies, and we’re not pleasant to work with. I’ve made multiple attempts to go back and fix anything that they wanted me to fix that wasn’t right I’ve done everything I could to fix to their liking. These customers were taking advantage of my kindness, and using it against me. I will not be talk to or threatened any longer. I’ve done all that I can do to make sure this was done right when I left the job everything was done she was happy and now all the sudden she’s not this is just a scam and a way to get her money back. I have multiple witnesses stating that both of them agreed and liked the work so we had to parted the job and marked it as completed. The client and I have no business with each other any longer. Thank you.

    I did not accept the response. Reason being nothing in that basement is straight nothing's in it's completed. There are several holes in the walls, open sockets and other people online have complained for the same thing. The work is very shoddy is not up to standards when you pay that kind of money you expect good service and proper work.

    Customer clearly has sabotaged the job and is looking to get work done for free. This is my last response to this message. Customer shook my hand and said job was complete and was very happy. I am done responding and refused to be scammed.
