    Hometown health is our neighborhood healthcare center. I have been going there for over 20 years. Within the past month, I have been getting unacceptable treatment. Starting with the Medical Team of Dr.G****, I was sent to the emergency room for treatment for a pain. I did all the necessary procedures and was told that Dr. G**** needed to call Cancer Care associates for medical records and no one responded. I complained to Lori in Compliance and she called back to take care of the situation. I was told to come back on Saturday morning as a walk in and get lab work and as I am waiting another patient comes and jumps the me and other patients waiting in the line. This patient got loud and irate and was threatening me, no one stopped her or said anything to her. Her parents were also there and started yelling at me as well. I am frustrated that I am getting the run around with my medical records and I will not be returning to Hometown health for service. I have been in contact with compliance And waiting for a response. They are changing the way you schedule appointments for doctors and it’s not easy for people to use the tablet. It’s hard to get in contact with the commissioner of the facility. Thanks so much.
