    I went to this laundromat and used a medium sized washer machine. I spent about $7.50 out of a $10 bill. I started the machine and walked back to my house. After about 34 minutes I returned to find my clothes half submerged in water and detergent with an error on the screen saying no water. I also took photos and called the number provided above the entrance door of the laundromat. At least 90% of my weekly wardrobe is stuck in a machine. To make matters worse I have been calling and waiting for hours with no response from anyone. This is terrible customer service. I would like my clothes back but I’m they will be damaged as of someone reading this.

    We are very upset over these remarks. Primarily because they are inaccurate. From the time we called you back it’s was around 25/30 minutes and not hours due to being on a flight with the phone on airplane mode. We also didn’t keep your clothes. I had my father respond, the machine had an easy fix and we provided a rewash  for your husband  Syed who was there. Once the re wash was completed your husband moved the clothes into the dryer and continued about his routine. None of these remarks were brought up by him which has made us feel very blindsided by your comments. We attempted to contact you again about your complaint however Syed was used as a third party communicator.  We are sorry if we added any inconvenience to your routine but we do take pride in the way we operate and try to deliver a high standard.
