      The worst when it comes to their billing department. They're actually pretty good as far as medical goes. I've been with them for 6 years. But the billing? They don't have the collective IQ of a turnip. If you do need to call them, be prepared for a looooong wait. Sometimes you can have a birthday pass before you speak to someone

      If I could give them a Zero star I would. I’ve been fighting with MVP for over two years for my dental problems. They refuse to approve so much as a crown. Their reason for denying my crowns and other standard dental work was because it “wasn’t medically necessary”. When I called to ask why it was not considered medically necessary they told me, if I can breathe and ingest liquids it’s not medically necessary. Not a single tooth in my mouth doesn’t have a cavity or some sort of issue. I haven’t eaten solid food in over a year. My teeth are constantly chipping and cracking when I stuff as soft as a banana. I have multiple gaping holes in my teeth and I can’t talk or exist without severe mouth pain. How is this insurance company able to get away with this? By the time MVP is done with me I will have a mouth with zero teeth. They are by far the worst company in existence. If you are going to sign on with this company I suggest you don’t. They’ll tell you if you can breathe and ingest liquids none of your issues are medically necessary.
