    I checked in on 2/27/24. At approximately 1-2pm. The room was filthy heroine bags left on the table bed hadn been made hair in toilet and since dirt in tub. The lady next door was complaining of bed bugs. I asked maintenance to clean the room she tried to clean I up but was refusing to give towels or bedding. She finally gave it at about 4pm. At 7:08pm I took a picture of a bedbug on my bedding. I asked for my 90.00 back as they put my life and housing at risk for carrying these back to my home. They refused go give me my money bk. Refuse to give me managements name or let me speak with them.

    We received a complaint that was assigned an ID of ********. **** ***** checked in on 2/27/2024
    at 12:36 pm at our facility and was assigned room number 21 9. She paid $80 for one night, not $90
    as she claimed, there is proof of this in the registration card.
    She checked in early, not around 1-2pm as she claimed. Our check-in time is after 2pm, we
    typically charge an early check-in fee, but we did not charge her for that. We do not refuse to give
    services to our guests. We did not receive complaints about bed bugs for 219 prior to receiving the
    letter, but we still took it seriously and treated 21 9 for bed bugs. The two rooms next to her on each
    side of her were registered to male customers who had been staying at our facility for a long time.
    So we do not know who the "the lady next door" is that she is referring to. We have a sign in the
    office that says NO REFUNDS, she spent at least 7 hours after renting the room, so we could not
    refund her after she spent a long time in the room.
