      I purchased my 2nd vehicle here. I came in on the 1st of Oct. That tuesday about 11am in the morning. I signed a document for amount I agreed to pay monthly. So I came in on the 3rd to finish the paperwork. When I sat down with the financial manager, I told her I do not want any warranty with this vehicle. 1 is because I do not drive this vehicle in the winter months and only on the weekends in the summer months. So I assumed I was clear on what I said about the 2 warranty. When I looked over the paperwork with a friend of mine. The 2 warranty were on there, after I said I did not want. So I contacted the financial manager that Monday. She said come in and get a cancelation form and we will cancel it for you and from the loan broker. She said better yet I'll send it to you in your email. So I waited and she sent me a 7 page file of the platinum warranty they gave me that I did not want. So I contacted her again, she said o I'm sorry I must of hit the wrong button. So finally she sent me the right one. So filled it out, came back to dealer. She said ok ill take care of it. So while I was there, I figured I would contact the general manager Mr. ******* him self. So later that day, from the financial mangers office, because that's the number that came up on my caller I'd. When I talked to Mr. *******, he said he could only cancel only 1 warranty and could not cancel the other one. And that would not change the monthly payment, just the amount on months I would be paying. I don't understand I'm stuck with a warranty I didn't ask for and it added a little over 5,000 dollars to my loan that I'm stuck with. And there is nothing I can do. How is that right. And the $640.00 payment on that Tuesday. And the warranty added a 897.00 dollar and change payment i can not change. Looking for answers and letting people know how shady this company is.

      I had the exact opposite experience with Mohawk Honda in Scotia than the 2 previous reviews. I received an extended warranty letter from Honda on the AC compressor on my 2018 CRV which I bought used in 2021 from Mohawk. While in CT I brought my car to a Honda dealership which told me my AC wasn’t covered by that warranty and the repair would cost $1,850. I told them not to do it and took it to Mohawk when I got back to NY. Mohawk repaired it at no charge because they said it was covered. I explained what had happened at the CT dealership when I made the service appointment so Mohawk could have told me the repair wasn’t covered by that warranty and I would not have known the difference. Traditionally, a dealership is more expensive for repairs than a neighborhood garage-but they will usually have the parts and service technicians trained on your specific vehicle, so the repairs are done more expeditiously. I will continue to use Mohawk Honda.

      If I could give them a -5 I would. I bought my car there love it when I go to get another car. It will not be with Mohawk Honda. their service department will rip you off and price gouge you to no end. My AC is on the outs. I confirmed it with another that it was the air compressor for the AC. We researched it. The part was around 300 to 350 and then somebody would install it for 200. Maybe $300. Well I called Mohawk Honda. They wanted 900 for the part and 700 for the labor. The guy that I talked to his name was Victor. I can’t even tell you to begin how floored I was, and I even said to him about the part price and he came up with some stupid statement about it. This is not the first time that they gave me estimates and things that they thought I needed for my car. I took it to somebody else. Their price was about 80% over what other people gave me. It was so disheartening. I’m so disgusted with them I will go on every site and give them a negative review. And trust and believe if you are a woman or the elderly going there, you can bet that you will be taking advantage of. I am going to do everything in my power and resources to have them investigated for their price gouging, including the attorney general and Better Business Bureau.

      Is alway the same I deal from both mike from service to details to Lindsay and results the same no one care about costumer is sad how sale floor have to take the heat from mistakes done no 1 but 5-6 time over price on detailing the never get done proper and I can’t imagine to the old people the go there am sure they scared to say some not recommended to no one
