    On 12/07/2024 I placed an order on the company's website for a ********. My card was charged $57.00 and I paid an additional $8.00 for insurance on the package. The company's website says that you will receive your item within 5-8 business days, and that it may take up to 4 days to process the order. I was aware that it was 3 weeks before Christmas and that the item may take up to perhaps 8 weeks to be received due to it being a garment that is likely made after the order is placed. I have emailed them twice since then and been given a 17 Track tracking number which showed a slow progression from the "country of origin" (China, which no information was provided on the website, about it being produced overseas and perhaps taking longer due to this fact). They have since emailed the *** tracking number I have listed. It doesn't work. It is now February 15, 2025 and I have no garment and a tracking number that doesn't tell me anything. I personally would like a full refund, and I believe this website should be shut down before they take anyone else's money and run, as they have appeared to have done to me.

    I placed an order with this vendor on November 11, paying $60.42 with ***** ***. I received a shipping notice with a **** tracking number that is NOT an actual **** number. I can "track" the package to the area in which I live in which supposedly arrived 12/13. There has been no movement or update since then. I have contacted the vendor and received email back saying they were checking on it and then have not been able to make any contact with them since. I used ************************* to communicate with the customer service rep.
