I ordered an order from this company and let them know the next day after it was supposed to be delivered that it had not arrived. It was proved with pictures that it was delivered to the wrong address. I have included the emails as well. They have not provided either a replacement or refund and have kept the profit saying they cant be held responsible. On their social media channels they have 172k followers yet they have also blocked comments because they are probably doing this to other customers as well. Thank you.Business Response

good morning , Yes we received an email from **** on 11/2/2023 stating she did not receive delivery. I checked on her delivery and the website (*****) had the package marked delivered and showed a photo where they left the package. She said it was not her door, and sent me a familiar door (because it is an apartment complex) but the 2 pictures are clearly different. As I was on the phone with ***** and told them that, they advised me for her to check with her neighbors. As she was checking with her neighbors, I processed to put an investigation on 11/2/2023 with ***** to see where the package could of been placed. I also stated to her we cannot be responsible for STOLEN packages. If the package is in fact stolen that is a police matter between her and whomever stole it. But I was going to do what I can to help and put an investigation at our end. She has to do her part and call the police. With that said, I again called ***** 11/6/2023 to escalade this situation because she was threatening us with calling the BBB. As a small business owner, we cannot compete with ****** and ******* as she claims we should. We cannot discard a stolen package and give this lady a full refund. We get charged fees from transaction with credit card company, we have to pay for that shipping to her house, and what the stuff cost us to make. So I don't know what profit she is talking about because she also used a 50% coupon off her order. As a small business we did our part., She ordered on October 27, 2023 and we shipped the package out on October 28th, 2023. The package was delivered on 11/1/2023. I gave her the phone number to ***** if she would also like to call them and dispute the delivery. I have a claim # ************ Also, people can comment on our *********. and they can also contact us 3 ways from our web site. She logged into our site so she has full access on how to contact us. What was she trying to do shame us on social media, how big of her:> Anyway, I will not refund her until she RETURNS the product, Or the delivery has a RESEND to SENDER to me. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. There is outright lies in this, I did not get 50% off my order. It was a buy one item get 50% off a specific one that you were running a promotion on. I have went back and included a screenshot of my order as proof. contacted you via email immediately when i realized it wasnt delivered. I wasn't "threatening" you with the BBB, rather I Told you I had contacted them After you made it clear you were keeping my money even though no product ever got to me. And anyone can go on your social media and see that you've limited comments, not just me. Since my order was not delivered to my door, and we have proved that with pictures- I do not accept this resolution. This is not a resolution, I just want my money back after all this. Hello. Thank you for your patience while I was awaiting for ***** to confirm Delivery of this package. I have attached a statement from ***** that they had their delivery driver go back to the address of *** ********* ** *** ******** ** *****, and confirm ***** had delivered to Mrs. ******* apartment. The driver told the ***** rep that the door scuff marks are the exact ones on her photo. ***** delivery uses a tablet with GEO tracking and the photo doesn't show markings because that's the camera weakness. but it in fact delivered to the the correct location. On 8/13/13 I purchased a lavender scented slime from Parakeet Slimes. On 8/16/23 I received the product which smelled of a chemical smell so strong that after scrubbing my hands for 5 minutes with exfoliating soap still wouldn’t remove the scent. The slime cost $11.99 and shipping cost $6.29 After messaging Parakeet Slimes customer service email there was radio silence for 3 days until I sent another email with the subject “no response?” Her ********* account (where people purchase from her) has limited comments which prevents people from leaving honest reviews. After getting a response to my email saying I had to throw out the sickening product which did not smell anything like lavender at all, she eventually said I could send it pack if I paid for shipping (the shipping cost to have it sent to me and send it back to her would have surpassed the price of the actual product, I would be losing money, which I’m assuming she knows). She is scamming people and misleading them with her fixed reviews on her account and limiting comments and also lying about slime scents.Business Response

Good evening , Ms. ********* 1st email was in the junk folder and we apologized for not responding quickly. This lavender scent is used for other product we make with a lavender sent - this particular product we sold 39 units and only one complaint from the smell by Ms. *******. . we also use it in our Stress relief sheep, it's one of biggest sellers (I also have attached the insight past 90 days on the stress relief). After going back and forth with email, we asked Ms. ******* to return the product and get a full refund. We wanted to inspect it, because we have not had this kind of complaint. - maybe she added something to it . This product needs to be played with with clean hands, idk did she wash her hand? She talks about a complaint on a site called ****** - I tried to find it, I only found 1 complaint (sticky complaint about another slime) If anyone knows slime and in this heat - it will come in sticky. And we provide a care sheet and slime care activator so our customers can care for their purchases. as for ********* - ********* limits the comments I added the *********** post for ******** ****** - and the comment section is open. Yes people are going to complain because sometimes they order something and then get it and don't like it. Buyer Remorse. We are a very small company and there are a lot of scammers trying to get free product and they will say anything to get it. So we cover our basis by asking the customer to return it. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I am not being accused of tampering with the item. Also, I sent my email to both of Parakeet Slimes “help emails” so I do not believe it was in their junk folder. ****** is the only place where you can find an honest review of her slimes because she prevents commenting on ********* and is continuing to lie about her scents and methods while throwing out erroneous accusations toward me. I just want my money back. To return the item (which I informed her immediately went in the trash due to toxic smells) would cause me to lose money for the cost of shipping alone. She is intentionally misleading customers by controlling her reviews to make it appear like she has a good reputation. I am not the only person who has had this type of negative experience and believe that I should get my money returned and her business should be investigated for misleading customers.
