    Ordered a desktop computer and a monitor from this company. Was sent an email receipt and expected delivery date. I emailed them when expected delivery passed, was told "sorry for the delay, delivery will happen this weekend." Again no delivery. And the company would not provide a tracking # or name of shipper. Finally asked for a refund, and received an email stating my $ would be refunded promptly. Another full week has gone by and no refund, no delivery.

    I ordered an Insignia 48" tv from US Mega Discounts on 7/2/22 and I was promised delivery in 2 weeks and it's now almost 3 weeks later and the tv has not been delivered. I sent a message on their website, *******************, asking for a status update beginning on the day before the tv was supposed to be here and sent several messages after the tv was supposed to be here and not one of my messages has been replied to. I believe this company is a fake and a scam. I have checked out the reviews and complaints, and I guess I should have done that before I made the purchase but I will do that now with other websites I don't recognize, but every review and complaint says the same thing, nobody ever received what they paid for, that is proof enough for me that this company is a fake and this was a scam. I have filed a dispute with the financial company I used to make the purchase and after I file this complaint I will do the same with the FTC and every other agency that governs online purchases. Let this serve as a warning to others to never make a purcahse from this company, thank you...
