    Purchased house last Feb **** ********** *** Rotterdam first night found bottom sash from upstairs window laying on floor. Laminate flooring was put down incorrectly did not allow for expansion for the laminate, floors click when walking. Too many large appliances were put on same breaker. Three gas leaks on gas line to furnace. Floor from kitchen to living room uneven they cut a 2x4 installed that instead of a threshold reducer, painted to match floor color. Kitchen door to cellar drags across the floor removing paint on landing. Outside storm door to back yard dose not fit opening large gap at top allowing cold air in door also rusted. Most screens missing from windows one screen dry rot with holes. Two downstairs windows unable to open safety hazard. Buried empty paint cans in backyard fire pit was seen by next door neighbor. Spray painted the cellar outside and inside walls over spraying cellar windows. This company is not a traditional flipper they stated they only do cosmetics and it shows just that.The building inspector found many flaws. Only reason purchased at the time not much available. I would not recommend this company.
