i asked for a private tow to the deputy with ******* * and texted my guy from the local tow company to stand by. the deputy told me that thats not how it works. they have to use the trucks on rotation they drove my car away 25 miles to a junk yard and when i got home i called up northeast and BYRANT said its gonna be 546$ and if i dont pick it up they will crush it. he said im going to be charged with a misdemeanor for failing to pay for services and accused me of committing fraud. the business is involved in some kind of criminal activity and he didn't seem to care that i mentioned i recorded the whole incident, have the body cam footage on the way and recording the audio of our conversation. im contacting bbb, consumer protections, the attorney general, and whatever else i need to do to get my car back to my house as is. i just had 500$ of work on my car and if any parts are missing im adding that to the list of criminal activity and reporting damages to the dmv from the tow company. i spoke with a few lawyers and the deputy kid that was calling the shots made a big mistake when he started up with all this shady stuff. now that im not driving anywhere i have lots of time to tend to making sure i get my car back and not paying a penny to north east unless they bring my car back to my house using triple a this time. plus i have towing available with my insurance not just triple a. they are scamming people and must be exposed

We were called by ******** County Sheriff Dept for a 2 car accident. No one at the scene of the accident stated they had ***. The ******** County Sheriff Dept works on a rotation call basis with the local tow company's that have provided all required documents that they require along with equipment list, driver's list and required insurance documents. Her vehicle was towed 16 miles to our storage lot which is not a junkyard. Anyone can ****** our address which is **** ***** ***** ***** ****** ** ***** and see what it is. We pride ourselves on presenting our properties to the communities we are in with clean and neat properties.
And yes this customer was informed the next day when she called that she would have to pay for the tow or turn into her insurance company for payment. Yes after the invoice is paid she can use her *** to have it towed off the property.
All our phone calls are recorded for training and quality insurance. that way there is no mistake on who said what. She was also informed she could not remove parts from the vehicle at our yard. Again she can pay the invoice and remove her vehicle from our storage yard at anytime during normal business hours of Monday thru Friday 9-4.
There has never been any shady stuff as implied by the customer. She is just upset about the accident and refuses to follow proper procedures on this matter.
She continually calls and harasses our office staff over this matter

i've obtained the body cam footage which states that I did indeed ask the deputy if I can use AAA and he said no. I called up a separate towing company that already arrived at the scene when the accident happened and the deputy instructed the towing Trump company that I called that they are not allowed to take the call they blocked me from using my towing guy they were already there at the scene for an hour before interstate towing showed up. my car was not obstructing the road for oncoming drivers and I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general and consumer protections regarding this incident involving the sheriffs office. I would like a call back from the owner Mr. Green to discuss this incident before moving forward with utilizing my rights to file complaints with investigative authorities. i've called the office requesting that my vehicle be returned using AAA and the manager Bryant refuses to work with me I said that the deputy made an error and that the sheriffs department is refusing to admit their mistake which leaves me no choice but to file a complaint with the attorney general it will take over 30 days and Brian had already threatened that by the time I get through to the attorney general my car will all be ready be crushed. I recently had $600 worth of work on the car and I have receipts for it I will not be signing over the title therefore Briant is holding my car for ransom and they refuse to send me an invoice for the amount they say i currently owe which is 600$ I mentioned to the deputy that I do not have any type of collision or comprehensive insurance and the deputy said don't worry you'll get money back because the car is totaled he said that to me even though he knew it was a lie so they were messing with me to begin with and now Brian is refusing to return my car even though I told him he will get paid by AAA to return it to my driveway so I can start taking the parts off and selling them he is preventing me from utilizing the parts on my car which is my property that the sheriffs department deputy had facilitated shady business. As previously mentioned my tow truck company was already there at the scene. this is in fact shady business and it will be investigated by the proper authorities. again I request to have a conversation with Mr. G**** the owner of the company.
