    Ordered a doll house kit on November 28, 2022. Paid $91.75 and the order number is #*****. The doll house kit has warped parts and instructions are flawed. The phone number to the company in the instructions is incorrect also. Tried to resolve this with email conversations but they will not refund me. They said I would have to send it back. I have started putting this kit together and that makes that option unacceptable. When I did find the correct phone number nobody would answer and the voice mailbox says it is full.

    Hello.  Please see the email conversation with the customer in the link below.  We have a thirty day return policy and this kit was delivered in NOV.  Still, I offered to take the product back, and because of the time frame, issue him a full store credit.  I also offer to send him whatever parts were damaged if he chose to keep the kit.  His response was that he wants to keep the product AND get a full refund or he will report me to the BBB. It is our policy that we only issue refunds if the merchandise is returned to prevent this kind of extortion.  If he doesn't want it and can't use it, I'm sorry and will gladly accept the return.

    Tried to cancel order two days before it shipped. Refused to respond to emails (sent 7), didn't answer phone. Product is garbage. They are clearly a scam company

    The email address attached to the order is ******************.  I find no email history from this customer though he is saying that he emailed us seven times.  No cancelation request or return request.  If the customer would like to return the product we'll issue them a full refund.

    The customer was sent a prepaid label and the item has been returned.  We issued a full refund on 1/19/2023.  Please see attached image.
