    I placed an order with Koochie Couture mid April. The first week a May I followed up repeatedly on the status of my order and even requested a refund since weeks had went by with no shipment date. Today I received an empty package in the mail, the seal slip was never removed and the envelope was shipped empty. I've contacted the owner, the company and have email with no response back.

    I ordered pearls on January 19, 2023 and still havent received my order, no correspondence from seller either at this point Im completely disgusted with the way they are doing buisness I want my money back

    This customer's order has already shipped and been delivered to the address provided by the customer. We ensure to notify all customers if there will be a delay in processing due to products being sold out. There is no need to slander and put false accusations out there when you have received your order.

    I've ordered my pearls june 25th here is is 3 months later no shipping confirmation or response from customer support. DO NOT ORDER from here

    55$ on two sets of pearls and the bag of their spices .
