    Transaction was made in 12/6/24 for a pair of shoes. It's now 1/4/25 and i have yet to receive the shoes. Been sending emails asking for a refund and they keep saying the shoes will arrive. Looking at transactions the name comes up as a Didi. Been trying to dispute the charge with no luck. All I want is a refund so my daughter can get her shoes she wants.

    I placed an order for a pair of shoes, and they never arrived. I have tried emailing and calling multiple times but there is no response or resolution.

    Order was placed December 2, 2023. I received a confirmation. Then, a few weeks later, I called and someone answered saying I would get a tracking number within 24 hrs. There has been nothing since. They will not respond at all. No email correspondence, or answering the phone. I call now, and I get a busy sound. I googled them and they have reviews as being frauds and scams. I looked up the address and its a trailer in some trashy trailer park. They took my children's Christmas presents and I am furious! I will not stop until I receive a refund!!

    I placed an order online on 9/28/23 for a pair of shoes. On 9/29/23 $170 was withdrawn from my account. I tried calling their customer service number ***** ******** on 10/2/23 for a tracking number but the number was not in service. I sent an email to their customer service on 10/3/23 and received a response saying their shipping department was on vacation and the order would be delayed. I found a different phone number online +1 (601) 453-7597 and called 10/4/23 and a guy stated he would email me the tracking number. On 10/6/23 I still hadn’t received my tracking number so I called again with no response. I then sent an email requesting the order be cancelled and a full refund issued. I received a response on 10/6/23 by email saying they could have the shoes to me in 2 days, but I simply requested an email because I wasn’t confident that I would receive them. I received a reply on 10/6/23 saying the order was cancelled and a full refund was issued which I should receive in 25 days. I responded I wanted the refund sooner because they took the money immediately upon ordering. It is now 10/21/23 and I still have not received my refund

    I bought 4 pairs of sneakers in February online and I never received the pair of Jordan 7 sapphires. They said they would issue a refund and it's been several months with no refund or shoes. I want my money back.

    I placed an order fo* *** ****** 1 RETRO HIGH OG ‘BLACK WHITE' shoes on july 6th 2023. When i noticed i was charged twice, the transaction comes up as a completey different person. i tried to call 2 numbers on the site to contact them which one didnt even go through and the other was a text now number. I never received confirmation order information in my email. I tried to email the email address with no response yet. I paid $165 twice for one pair of shoes with no way to contact this so called "company"
