    I hired FLX creatives to create a website for me under flxevents.com back on August 6, 2023 under invoice number 1345 in the amount of $1760.00. The owner has completely stopped communicating with me and I have reached out multiple times with no response. I’ve asked for a refund two times now and he completely ignores me. If you ****** flxevents.com you will see the website is still not up and running, I paid for a service that was never completed. PayPal would not let me dispute. I would like a refund at this time. Any questions please let me know. Thank you for your time. *******
