      I originally spoke with ****** when I was going through a very difficult time with a Mold Remediation in my home. She helped guide me through an extremely difficult and overwhelming process. She was there for me no matter what even on a day when I just felt like crying and I needed someone to talk to. I was amazed every day she picked up the phone just to listen to me with nothing to gain, but simply helping someone Everyone at Ace has been so helpful to me. Their patience and professionalism are unmatched, I cant even begin to say how grateful I am to all of them. *** and ***, who came to my home were so wonderful. Everyone at Ace truly made me believe that everything was going to be OK and taken care of and they did just that, and if that wasnt enough, they went beyond . They helped someone that had lost faith That people could be honest and good and deliver on what they say. I am so grateful for not only their work ethic and dedication but for the true concern that they showed and their willingness to help somebody just for the sake of helping someone. They were so generous with their time whether it be on the phone or exchanging emails after the ordeal that I went through I didnt think I could ever trust a company again, they restored my faith that there are still good, honest people who go that extra step and I cant thank them enough. ***************************
