    I purchased a hat in September of 2022 and was told there was a problem with sending my product and to remain patient. Over 6 months later without the product or responses, nor did I ever recieve any track number of any sort I've now come to the conclusion that Crown Kings is a SCAM company and will NEVER*** order from them again!!! I just want my money back/refund* product ordered was for a event that has come and gone and there is no need for the hat anymore...Customer service and site overall **********

    I purchased it from ********************** in June. I haven't received my package. I also emailed them multiple times, and I haven't heard from them about the next steps. I just want my money back at this point. This is very unprofessional.

    I purchased merchandise from the aforementioned provider and they have refused to refund me or fulfill my order.
