Buyer beware. My ******** purchased a flip house from this company, in *************************. At the time of inspection, there was no need for air conditioning or heat, as the outside temp was comfortable, so the forced air system was not tested under extreme conditions, After we moved in we discovered that the heating system would not heat the downstairs area, higher than 50 degrees on a @ 30 degree day, but the ***tairs area would reach 70. Upon further inspection, it was discovered that the ductwork was squeezed between joists, cutting the air flow feeding the lower area. The forced air system was never properly balanced. In addition, a hot water circulating pump was found to be installed backwards and never connected electrically. They left an old 30-Gallon hot water heater that barely heated the water to an acceptable temp and it toook 5-10 minutes for hot water to show up, depending on which faucet you used. I had to replace the water heater, with a 50-gallon unit.I added a circulator pump to get hot water to faucets in a matter of seconds. ***************** were not installed, until I informed them of the need. Outlets & switches were poorly installed. Unfinished basement had large holes in the slab floor that we had to ask to have repaired. They left crappy , old sliders windows in basement. They never properly secured outlets in sunroom. During renovation work, they never covered the waste openings after removing the toilet bowls, which allowed construction debri to fall into waste lines, causing back *** when toilets were flushed; It cost me $1,000+ to have that corrected. I can go on, but I'm sure you get my drift. ***** this company, or do an extensive survey, before yoy lay out a lot of money.
