    On December 27 2021, this company provided a written quote for landscaping services. On 12/29 I accepted to the quote and was given a mailing address for the deposit valued at $6486 of a job with a total value of $19,458. A check was mailed on 1/5/22 and was subsequently cashed. The original anticipated start date was spring of 2022. After multiple emails, texts and phone calls to the owner, I made arrangements to meet him at the property, a date that he agreed to (Saturday 8/27). I called the day prior to confirm the meeting and left a voicemail. The morning of the meeting, I called once again, which also went to voicemail but was immediately texted about the meeting. He asked about the time. I indicated any time. He did not show or call. On Sunday 8/28 I called again and left a voicemail indicating that I wanted my deposit back and that I would make other arrangements. He has not returned my call. I have emailed him my direction to return my deposit on 8/30. This individual has strung me along with this job and will not speak with me. I was patient in the beginning but now need to move on.

    At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding Done Well Landscaping and Designs has been resolved. While the job has not been completed, it has been started. I am working with the company to try and complete the project without any further issues. Thank you for your assistance.
