      No follow up on emails. You can never get a live person when you call. The automated system provides an email address that you never get a response to.

      Reverie adjustable bed frames customer service.
      Horrible, they have received 7 emails in the last almost 3 weeks.
      As soon as you send a email you receive an automatic message stating your email has been received. That’s were it stops we have not received a single personal email or a phone call or text. There website states that within three to five days you will receive a call back however nothing like that has happened at all. There customer service is non-existent. Don’t believe me give it a try.
