    Said he was concrete contractor showed up 1day worked all day came back 2 days later ws digging for footing hit my sewer pipe left and didnt come back called after had sewer line repaired and gave me different accuses why he couldnt finish job ************************* is on contract as well as top notch concrete ************** i have no address for him

     Where they hit pipe and where footing was to be are 8 inches apart and i certainly showed him that corner and where the tank was , because he hit the pipe he instantly said it was my fault and stopped working and said call me when you get it fixed and in the conversation over the phone i said i don't want to talk over phone but in person and  used this saying i threatened him and he was done..i have camera footage showing the time he spent here and that is 11 hours total i day and 3 hours two days later i need **** hundred back to be satisfied did not know what he was doing and i sent you text messages verifing what im saying

    The customer has made this frivolous case against my company because they scammed me out of some money and lied to me about things they needed, and I stopped the job because of these things and they came and made this complaint to hurt my business because I caught them in their act before they could s**** me over further.

    [Your Answer Here]within 5 days of sighing contract and he leaving job i stated what happend no fraud i paid half down he left i lost money how is that fraud on my part i asked to meet in person he left job and contract over the phone never intended to finish is my belief pay me **** k back be done ill drop complaint period .
