On November 19th, 2024, I purchased service from this company with the promised that I can cancel this service within seven (7) days and my Credit Card would not be charged. After having a chance to check the service out, I found that there were misleading information presented by **************************. The information I received were irrelevant to my personal needs so on November 21st, 2024, I contacted ************************** and asked to cancel my subscription. This is two (2) days after the purchase was made. By this time ************************** had already charged my Credit Card, even though their promise was that Credit Card would not be charged until after seven days proceeding the transaction. The amount of $497 was charged and ************************** has refused to refund the amount, even with all my attempts.Business Response

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the complaint submitted by ******* *******.
On November 19, 2024, ******* ******* purchased two separate services from us:
1. Access to our CRM and marketing platform (which includes a 7 day refund policy), and
2. A funnel setup service, which is a custom, done for you setup provided by our team
Regarding the 7 Day Refund Policy:
Our terms of service clearly state that we offer a 7 day refund policy on software access. However, the policy also notes that if a customer purchases a setup service and that service is completed before a refund is requested, the refund is void, even if within the 7 day window. This is due to the fact that custom work is initiated immediately and cannot be reclaimed.
Timeline of Events:
- November 20, 2024: ******* emailed us stating that, since he purchased the setup service, he wouldnt need support. We replied the same day, clarifying that the setup service does not include support access. He did not reply to this message. (Proof attached)
- November 21, 2024:
- Our team completed his funnel setup as agreed (Proof attached)
- ******* emailed us with a login related question, indicating he was actively attempting to use the service, not requesting cancellation (Proof attached)
- November 22, 2024: This is the first date ******* requested a refund. At this point, his setup was already complete, making the refund policy void. He cited lack of communication as the reason, but we have responded to every single email he sent in a timely manner. He did not respond to our replies (Proof attached)
Continued Use & Chargebacks:
- ******* continued to email us in January, February, and March 2025 requesting help with logging into his account on January 31, February 16, and March 4. This indicates he was still attempting to use the service long after his refund request (Proof attached)
- ******* also filed chargebacks in December, yet continued trying to access his account in the months that followed. This behavior contradicts the claim that he did not want or intend to use the service.
Summary:
- ******* was provided with everything he purchased
- His refund request came only after the setup was complete, making the transaction ineligible for a refund per our clearly stated terms
- He received full access and attempted to continue using it even months after requesting a refund and did a chargeback
Weve acted in good faith, followed our stated policies, and have provided clear, consistent communication throughout. We are happy to share documentation and email records with the BBB for verification.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Thank you for your response to this case.
(1) Please note that in the enclosed attachment "unlimited" was the initial offer to purchase the subscription from the Vendor, ************************, and that offer that I responded to said "no contract" and a "7-day free trial" period. I bought the subscription on 11/18/2024. I was charged the next day, 11/19/2024. After I reviewed the service, I realized that it does not work as expected and thus, on 11/22/2024 I canceled the service. This all happened within the "7day free trial" period.
(2) At the time of purchase there was nothing in the agreement that said "no refund" or I would not have continued with the purchase. Since I started disputing the charge they mentioned that there is a "no refund" policy that I agreed to. Again, there was "no contract" and a "7 day trial" period. As we go along, ************************ seems to be changing their position and creating false narrative.
(3) The set-up had nothing to do with the $497 subscription charge. As item in the attachment shows, there was a separate charge for the "set-up" which I am not disputing at this time.
(4) As I said before, *********************************** keep changing their responses. When I first disputed the charge with *********** ***** *********************************** responded saying that there is a "no refund" policy that I agreed to. I responded to *********** and submitted the documents that showed that there was no such stipulation that i agreed to and that I did have a 7-day trial period. Then all in one changed their rhetoric and said that I requested a refund after the 7-day trial period had expired. I then sent the documents in the attachment showing that I canceled with four days after making the purchase. Now in response to BBB, *********************************** has a different reason for denying my refund.
(5) Yes, indeed, I did try to access their website a few times to if I could find a way to communicate with *********************************** because their e-mail address had changed from ********************************* I did not attempt to use the service because I was blocked anyway. I was never, ever allowed access to the website nor to the service for which I had been charged, thus, on 11/22/2024 I canceled the service. This all happened within the "7-day trial" period.Chargeback and Dispute Policy
a. Account Termination: If a customer initiates a payment dispute or chargeback, all accounts associated with that customer will be immediately and permanently deleted without prior notice.
b. Service Ban: Customers who initiate disputes or chargebacks will be permanently blocked from using our services. Any new accounts created by the customer will be deleted without prior notice, and no refunds will be issued for such accounts.Re: cancel From: Sales All In One Marketing (******************************************************)To: *************** Date: Friday, November 22, 2024, 04:30 PM EST We have responded to all of the emails you have sent. On Jan 21, 2025 out service was revoked out of the blue. The only way to get a hold of anyone with this company is through email. They offer a support email but that email box is not monitored so no one ever responds from it. The only way to get a response is from their sales department. We were told that we had requested a refund at some point during our service and that violated TOS. We never asked for a refund as we had been using the service since Aug of 2024, actively so there would have been no reason for us to ask for a refund. When we asked for them to restore the service they sent a screenshot of someone asking for a refund that was not from us. There was never an attempt to resolve or figure out where the misunderstanding was from this just a screenshot of an email. We feel very duped by this company. We lost out on a lot of potential business because of this.Business Response

We appreciate the opportunity to address this complaint. *** **** initially purchased our services in July 2023 and later requested a refund within the designated refund period. As clearly stated in our Terms of Service and refund policy, customers who receive a refund for our unlimited usage *********** are restricted from future use of the software. This policy is in place to prevent potential misuse, including spam activity during the refund period.
*** **** was issued a full refund as requested. However, after receiving the refund, he attempted to repurchase our services. When his original account was blocked per our policy, he created a new account using a different email address and payment method while still using the same name and phone number. As a result, this second account was also restricted.
Our records show that *** **** initially attempted to use the same credit card that had been blocked. When that transaction was denied, he proceeded to use a different credit card to create a new account. The attached documentation clearly confirms that the phone number used in his refund request and original transaction matches the phone number associated with this complaint, further verifying that he was aware of and attempted to bypass our Terms of Service.
Given that this complaint is based on false and misleading information, we respectfully request its removal. Our policies exist to maintain the integrity of our service and ensure fair usage for all customers. If *** **** has any further concerns, we encourage him to review our Terms of Service or reach out for additional clarification.Thank you

I was offered to be on a major network of a news channel by the All In One Marketing company. I could benefit from it to advertise my financial firm. They did not follow through with what was advertised and what I was told. It ended up being in an area that would not benefit my sales, and an at home cheap network channel. I asked if I could get my money back and no response. No services were given for what I paid them for. No televising or advertising NOTHING. They stole $2,500.00 from me. There address is NY but Corporation is in *******.Customer Answer
