    When ever we purchase something new, it always looks great. But does it stand upto the test of time? ******** ****** brought with him "Old World" skills, craftsmanship, pride and loyalty. Twenty years ago Gappsi installed for me a new driveway, landings, stoop and retaining walls. Spring of 2024 we received a deluge of rainfall. My property sits lower than my neighbors. The over saturated grounds could not take on any more water, resulting in my property receiving all the runoff, this caused the rise of some of my pavers at the lowest elevation. Be mindful this did not happen for 20 years. I called this an act of God. I notified ******** of my situation and true to his word, he stood with his product and corrected my dilemma with no charge. Need I say more. Thank you Gappsi.

    ******** and his team at Gappsi are a very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and talented group. ******** recommended a sealing product for our cement walkway platforms. Gappsi installed efficiently and as promised, the sealer works terrific and cement platforms look great with as desired, no change in cement color! We are currently having Gappsi back for guidance on driveway replacement, turf and landscape projects.An added bonus - ******** makes fantastic bread and generously shares with his team and his customers!

    Gappsi is the BEST!!! I called the office Saturday morning and left a message to get an estimate to have my sinking front steps fixed. They were becoming a hazard and just unsafe. About an hour later, ******** was at my home to look at the job. By the afternoon, there was a crew at my house and by the early evening the job was complete. They did an incredible job that is not only safe, but looks great. I highly recommend GAPPSI!!!

    Gappsi washed and re-sealed my driveway pavers. They are by far the best in the business. When it comes to pricing, customer service, and the finished product, Gappsi cannot be beat! I had previously allowed other business tend to my driveway and I was never happy with the results Gappsi did a fabulous job and I highly recommend them!

    From beginning to end dealing with Gappsi was amazing!!Prompt call back and easy scheduling.I needed pavers around my pool area repaired and sand reinstalled after 2 other companies having not done the job properly.Owner of Gappsi was delightful to work with. Answered all my questions and concerns and explained everything. He even sent me a video of the entire process which I was grateful for.The men on the job were prompt,Polite, clean and neat and obviously did a wonderful ****** pavers never looked so good. I wish I had gone with Gappsi from the beginning.Entire process was simply done without any stress thanks to Gappsi.This is a company that takes pride in their craft and does it to perfection.Beautiful job!Thank you ********!!!!

    Dear ********,Once again, Gappsi has delivered a quality product with a professional service team. After you delivered a beautiful a new custom limestone patio and pool resurfacing, we leveraged your Clean, ********************** and we couldn't be more impressed with the outcome and the team who delivered the work.The team came and clear the patio and re-leveled stones where needed. They re-enforced boundries & replaced broken patio pavers. The team powerwashed the limestone patio and even vacuumed the pool to clean up any debris.The service included replacing the sand used for grout with a polymeric grout that matched our white limestone pavers, which when dried formed a hard area which would prevent weeds from growing. They then applied a hydrophobic sealant which created a layer of protection that even creates large water beads that can be squeegeed off. Amazing! The good thing is that even wet, the stone were not slippery, which was a concern we had before scheduling the service but ******** assuaged our fears at the showroom display, which had the same sealant that would be applied on our patio.We are planning an outdoor kitchen, pizza oven and we will certainly be speaking with you soon.Thanks again!

    We were tired of our salmon paver color so we contacted Gappsi and met with owner ********. Instead of spending a fortune to change them out he suggested staining them. We wanted to do a grey color with a charcoal black border. ******** and his professional crew began to clean the old pavers. Once they were cleaned ******** himself began to mix the stain and sealer and started to install with his crew. At the end of the first day he was not happy with the shade of the color. He was so concerned with getting color exactly as we wanted it that 7am the next morning he was at his shop mixing color and sealer until he felt it was right. He came right over and applied it to a section and as we expected it was perfect. His commitment to satisfying and perfecting what we wanted was amazing. This is the third time we used Gappsi for our projects and are always amazed and pleased with the finished product. True professional and talented company. Thank you Gappsi.
