    Dear Madam or Sir,

    We placed online Order No. ***** with Orchard Valley Supply for two five-Gallon buckets of Doc Farwell’s Grafting Seal on the morning of 11/15/2024, after calling for a check stock. I was told over the phone that there were more than five pieces in their warehouse in Tacoma, WA, which is a three hour drive up I-5 from our farm. There is a shipping restriction for this product for frosts, which I waved because of the short distance and local area weather report. We received a shipping notification the afternoon of the same day. It is now the afternoon of 11/25/2024 and it still has not been delivered.

    On Tuesday 11/18/2024, I requested the LTL carrier’s information, along with a waybill number to track the shipment. The next day I received an email stating that it was necessary for them to reach out to their warehouse in Washington for such information. A week later, I still have no information and no product. Needless to say, I’ve become very suspicious of this transaction.

    If the order actually shipped, immediately provide tracking data and a copy of the BOL. If it did not ship as claimed, cancel it, return our money in full, and provide confirmation.

    We have resolved this issue with the customer. The shipment was delayed which was our fault, and not typically with our standard shipping policies.
