    we had *** from Nhance visit to give a quote on 2 jobs 1 to refinish our kitchen cabinets and separate to refinish wooden floors- the kitchen part went reasonably well with a few callouts to finish the job - touchups etc.the floor job started sept 22- our house has an large open single wood floor- so its a feature- not lots of small rooms the original quote was to repair some ugly nailgun marks on the stairs- when the job started I was told they couldn't actually sand those out- I suggested a few ideas (Dremel each ***** but was basically laughed at by *******figured best to move on as were living in a small area of house not affected by the dust and mess caused by the work and wanted to keep this job moving on schedule. one of his workers told me they have these complaints about nailgun marks and could probably be fixed but the company doesn't want to?they asked us to choose a stain which we did, after sanding they said there was no stain- I insisted they have to stain, reluctantly they did, then they did a single coat of varnish.we ordered a hardwearing uv finish technique which cures the floor hardwaring.the worker told me no uv finish was happening. we started to replace furniture(not dragging furniture ************* as *** accused us of) and noticed it was scratching very easily- I called *** and he said it was all our fault as were being negligent and his manner was often rude, aggressive and very unreasonable- but in order to try to get through this I went with along with his "im never wrong ways".the stain and sanding had damged the kickboards and sides of stairs, they used no masking tape, again this wasn't their fault and take no responsibility at all and an apology was never offered in all of this time.after days of stressful text photos of damage and unpleasnant phone arguing, he eventually agreed to do a second coat. the outcome we have a floor which is scratching easily no hard finish was applied(reluctantly refunded.now ignoring all calls!

    Post completion of our 9/22/22 floor refinishing service the ****** called us to complain about the flooring being scratched. I dispatched a technician who evaluated that the damage came directly form ****** sliding furniture on the new refinished floors; as courtesy we fixed the scratches @ NO CHARGE. 2nd call to complain came in about the floor finish being to THIN; as courtesy we applied another coat of floor finish @ NO CHARGE. 3rd call came into complain regarding black nail marks in their steps that the ****** claimed could have been sanded out; I dispatched a technician for the the 3rd time at NO COST to show the ****** that black nail marks would not come out with additional sanding. We used a stair tread sander to apply additional sanding after which it didn't remove the black marks. So we provided 3 warranty calls at NO COST all of which addressed the ****** issues. We completed our due diligence in trying to satisfy this client unfortunately that's not possible. Lastly we will not refund the client & we consider this matter to be closed.

    the problem is very simple, we did not receive the service we contracted south Nassau nhance to do and its conveniently ignored by its owner.

    the job was a fiasco from start to finish (his workers were drinking beer on the first day of the job) and when it came to having a complaint -we were given rude and aggressive answers.

    he refers to coming back to rectify and correct problems as work for no charge, the job wasn't done properly, with no agreed uv finish so us asking him to come and rectify is just trying to get the job done correctly

    all the detailed points of the job ( nails on stairs) were pointed out to the owner who personally came ,understood the job and gave the estimate

    if anybody uses this company get in writing- all aspects of job details in writing as it will be conveniently overlooked, and would suggest they be there when his workers are in their home.

    this matter is not resolved and only a full refund will resolve this as would never let this company ever back in my home
