    I rendered services for a party hosting and sales website. My party was completed and the owner of the site intentionally delayed the release of my funds siting different reasons each time Now they are saying I have multiple chargebacks and are holding all my money Note the site says payment takes 5-7 days after completion of event They held my money for 10 days then said they are monitoring chargebacks which at the time I had none now I magically have multiple chargebacks and they are not providing any proof of this but simply refusing to release my funds. Now my calls and emails go unanswered.

    The organizer of the event was contacted by a representative of Frontline Ticketing, we disclosed to the organizers that a red flag was raised because he completed an event of 70 attendees and none of the event tickets were scanned in. Within the timeframe of 5-7 business days that the event was completed and when payouts are processed, Frontline Ticketing started receiving chargebacks disputes against the organizer event. We again contacted the organizer and explained that this is another red flag. The organizer has access to his organizer account where he can login to event chargebacks and view all the disputes also the email information for the attendees is listed.

    "Chargeback Disputes
    Payouts to your event will be postponed for two weeks (10 business days) as we evaluate the situation considering potential chargeback dispute claims in the future, and how we proceed.                           
    Frontline Ticketing will match the amount of funds placed on hold by the payment processor and hold it for six (6) months in anticipation of future potential claims. A buyer has approximately six (6) months following the conclusion of your event to submit a chargeback claim. So, to protect Frontline from any negative balance, your funds will remain on hold for 6 months.
