    I had windows installed that were never weather proofed, and in addition, they did a horrible job filling in the gaps (I have photos). I've been dealing with this company for over a year, and the last time they came they didn't complete the job.

    Window Depot Usa of Lower New York Has been making thousands of  Happy Customers for over 11 years now.

    That being said, 

    We have been to this customers house about ***** times in the past 2 years attempting to please her.

    We will continue to try, but with over 40 years experience in the industry not sure we can.

    We will keep you posted

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

     They have NOT been to my house ***** times.  There were no attempts to fix the window in the living room that was NOT insulated, and does NOT fit.  The owner finally responded and is scheduled to come to my home on 

     9/22.  However, the last response from this business is terribly inaccurate.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    I appreciate your attempt to resolve the issue after two years of numerous calls and complaints, and several times being dismissed by the business.  I do appreciate you coming to my home and attempting to fix the issue, however, the windows are not keeping the cold air out.  Whatever the reason, the area near the windows are cold, and I can't sit near them.  I do not feel like this issue is resolved.
