      I purchased parking for my trip from May 15-May 19. Upon arrival on May 19th, I was sent a link to click once I was ready for pick up. My party waited 40 minutes to get picked up which is completely unacceptable. The shuttle rode by us the first time because they were full as they picked up another group instead of us. We watched the tracker, and the time kept going back. Eventually we were picked up. I was also guaranteed a car wash while my car was parked. However, I did not receive a car wash. I am very disappointed in the service, especially when I paid the remaining balance prior to being picked up.

      I reserved parking at Purchase Park 2 Fly on May 2, 2025 and paid $109.39 in full by credit card. I am a former student at this college and we get a discount of 50%. This is the second time this has occurred with this company and it's always a heavy lift to get the refund. I had to call repeatedly during the week/weekend of May ***** to speak to the manager, but finally another employee was able to assist and supposedly issued the refund, even calling me back minutes later to let me know he put it through. I have yet to receive the refund, however. When I just called a man picked up and said I'd need to call back because he was too busy and when I asked when I should call back he abruptly hung up. I have emailed this company twice with no response. It would be a great service for the local community if it weren't for the lack of professionalism. If you have an email address, use it! If you offer a discount, allow customers to upload proof online and charge them accordingly OR provide a refund when they check in for parking.I am reaching out in an effort to get my refund of approximately $55-60, depending on tax.

      On Monday, July 29th, I went to the ************* location to park my car and use the shuttle to get the *********** terminal 8 for my flight. Upon arrival the lot had a group of people waiting and more arriving by the minute. After 10 minutes we were informed that a driver did not report for work so they only had one driver. There were over 20 people waiting which would've resulted in us not being able to get on the first shuttle and being late for our flight. We ended up having to take a Lyft to arrive at the airport on time and clear TSA in order to catch our flight. Upon return from our delayed flight on Monday, August 5th and waited 30 minutes for a shuttle while another woman at the same terminal was there before us and waited 45 minutes. I would like reimbursement for my Lyft since I would've missed my flight waiting fir a shuttle to arrive. The company did nothing to rectify this issue.

      On June 21rst I chose to park my car with Park 2 Fly JFK. I arrived back from vacation on June 29th. Everything appeared normal with my vehicle. Before leaving my hotel I looked in my glove box to retrieve a card that I intended to mail and saw that it was ripped open and a 50 dollar gift card was stolen from inside the card.

      Severe damage to car tire/wheel while parked in facility. Repeated contacts, starting as soon as the car was received with damage, have been ignored.
