    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

    While I wish it did not take getting BBB involved and that the business would have been open and transparent they at least followed through and reimbursed me. Thank you so much for the help, as always!

    hour late it will be additional. She would not budge and due to the late hour we just wanted to get home. This is not right. I find that more and more places of business take advantage of the customers and put us in a headlock situation. That is not right. This business must stop cheating people. We all work so hard for our money. I would be grateful if BBB can intervene on our behalf. Many many thanks.************

    We have already resolved and explained to the customer the situation and misunderstanding of the grace ****** and fees. We issued a refund check for the amount in question.

    I made a reservation to park my car here for a couple days and was not given an option at the time to make the payment. I ended up getting to their location 21 minutes earlier than my reservation time. No one told ** that we would have to pay extra to drop off the car early. We had to pick up the car 7:30 pm today and we got there a little after 7:20 pm. They cashier give ** a final bill that was higher than our reservation and when we asked why, she told ** we went over the reserved time because we dropped off the car easily. They basically charged us an extra day because of an extra 15 minutes over reservation time. When we asked to speak to a manager, the lady told us the manager is off on vacation and theres now one we could talk to. She claimed she was going to see what can be done but we still ended up paying extra more that the charge for half a day just because we dropped of the car a little early. I feel this is underhanded and unscrupulous business practice as they should have told ** upfront that we would incur an extra charge for dropping the car off earlier than time if reservation. We were driving from another state to *** and could not accurately tell when our arrival time at the car park would be. If they had told us early drop off would incur an additional day fee we would have waited until our reservation time to drop the car off. I need them to refund the difference charged because they were not transparent at all. Our reservation total was $81.17. They told us our bill was $105 and when we asked to see the manager and started questioning them about the charges and mentioned we would give them a bad review, they lady stated they would try to adjust it but ended up charging us $94.11. We need them to refund the difference.

    Please be advised that our business is very transparent in all we do. There are no hidden fees and no one is trying to trick you. Industry standards are the fees are based on when you check in and when you depart.

    The reservations are to give you an approximate cost based on YOUR travel data the YOU entered into our system. SmartPark has always been up front with this we are not in the business to tick you. We would not be in business very long.

    We are customer service driven and offer the traveling public the best product at a reasonable daily rate. We offer a 5 hour grace ****** based on the length of time that you are at the facility, not based off of your reservation (again data that is entered that we don't control).

    As a curtesy and to show our commitment to you our customer we will credit your card back the $12.94 at issue.
