    Paid $ 650 down to get house prints made on 10/12/23 and told e ready in about 4-6 weeks. Called several time and told they were almost done. Now is feb 24 and get no answer on phone for several weeks. Tried calling his sister in law but she said she had no contact with him.

    Can wait no longer will go somewhere else to get print made. Not able to contact him.

    Paid him and his engineer a total of $950 to draw up plans for a septic system back in May or June. It is now August and he continues to tell me to call back "tomorrow". I have the septic company ready to do the work but need the plans.
