I lost my phone that I have with Verizon. I called Verizon to get a new phone. I have been a Verizon customer for over ************************************************************************************* because I was a longtime customer. The representative told me she was gonna give me a $600 credit for a new phone I accepted offer. The representative told me she was gonna open up a new line to give me that credit and to close that new line after that month. The representative told me my next bill would go up $45 and to cancel the new line after a month so that my bill would go up $17 a month going forward. My bill went up over $250 in the first month and on the second month Im being charged $1200. I have called Verizon five times and they tell me there is no records of this recording. So my responses they dont have a record of me accepting a new phone. They will not give me a credit and they have taken away from me over $1800 that I was promised I wasnt gonna have to pay. After I talk to a representative they tell me they will give me a call back but they never do all Im asking is for my credit back, but they will not respect that because they say theres no records of my call accepting the new phone.

I contacted Verizon because I wanted to pay off a device and cancel service. The agent kept on and on about trying to offer me a different plan to stay. I refused any changes and told them that I just wanted to pay off my phone. The next day, I realized my plan had been changed without my consent by the agent. I contacted Verizon and was upset because my plan was changed and I wanted it changed back. Now I am paying more than I was paying prior to them messing up my account and changing it. I should be paying significantly less since I paid off the device, I was making monthly payments on.
