    Date of Service 03/17/2023 I was a party of 2 for a friends celebration, as soon as we stepped in the greeter stated he needed my *** drivers License and credit card the reason was because they have been experiencing people walking out on the bill. I complied not knowing this is illegal, as i was enjoying the experience my credit card was charged I never signed or saw a receipt. I asked the waiter for an update and for him to bring me my card right now. My trust is now broken and I did not feel safe. At the end of the traumatic ordeal they lost both my drivers license and credit card. They should be fully liable of paying for my replacement id and they need to be evaluated or inspected as a business. To my knowledge after speaking with quite a few associates I am not the only one they are doing this too. Their credibility and professionalism is at a zero, now a stranger has my living address and I'm left scared in 2023 human trafficking & identity theft are not uncommon & Im scared i am a victim.

    On March 17th, me and a friend went to this establishment because we heard a good review from and social media influencer. Arriving upon the business we was not greeted properly by the manager who we thought was a waitress. She sat us down at the table when one of the waitresses came over and did not greet us with hello or welcome to xscape my name is the person asked if we wanted anything and when we said give us a few min she had an attitude like if we was taking to long for her. So few minutes after that we called over another waitress which again theyre not properly introducing there self as our waitress or by they name. He asked for our Id and debit card and which we gave it to him. We gave the guy our order and which we told him twice what we wanted. When the food arrived it was only one ordered so we bought up the concern to him and another waiter they forgot the rest of our food, they put the order in again. Again only one order came out we was missing an another order. So lately on neither one of the waiters walked back over asking if everything was fine, if we needed anything or nothing we had to **** them for balking and other things that should have been bought out. Now me and my friend is ready to go so I tell them give them my bill and to charge my card. We ended up telling the manager about how we didnt feel comfortable in the establishment and we didnt receive an order and they tell us well it only two people working back there so its nothing they can do, which is an excuse. As we still talking to the manager one of the manager came back and handed me my personal items back which wasnt mine. They gave me somebody else Id and credit card and then they charged my card $110 and my bill was only $72 once we left the establishment. They run they business very horrible and they misplace people items thats very important and they dont care. Ive called the business number which is off and *** wrote them on social media which they blocked me.
